1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "bet2," "we," "us," "our" refers to Pacific Gaming Solutions, Inc., a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, holding Remote Gaming License No. RGL-2021-XXXX issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account, deposits funds, or participates in gaming activities on the bet2 platform.
• "Platform" refers to the bet2 website accessible at https://bet2.cam, the bet2 mobile application (Android and iOS), and any associated services, software, or infrastructure used to deliver gaming content.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a Player upon registration, which holds the Player's balance, transaction history, and profile information.
• "Games" refers to all casino games, live dealer games, slot machines, bingo rooms, virtual table games, and any other gaming products available on the Platform.
• "Real Money" refers to Philippine Pesos (PHP) deposited by the Player and used to place wagers on Games.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives awarded to Players under specific promotional terms.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body authorized to issue gaming licenses under Philippine law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bet2 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the bet2 Privacy Policy, and any other rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and bet2 regarding use of the Platform.

bet2 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates the most recent revision.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

To register an Account and participate in Real Money gaming on bet2, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law.
• Be a legal resident of the Republic of the Philippines or be physically located within Philippine territory at the time of registration and gameplay.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

3.2 Account Creation Process

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification.
• Valid Philippine mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.
• Active email address.
• Date of birth.
• Residential address within the Philippines.

You may be required to verify your identity by submitting scanned or photographed copies of government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or Philippine Postal ID). Failure to provide valid identification upon request may result in account suspension or closure.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the bet2 Platform. Creating multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses.

bet2 employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts based on shared personal information, device fingerprints, IP addresses, and payment methods. If you believe your Account was incorrectly flagged, contact customer support with evidence to support your claim.

3.4 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are prohibited from creating Accounts or participating in gaming activities on bet2:

• Employees, officers, directors, or contractors of bet2 or any of its affiliated companies.
• Immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) of bet2 employees.
• PAGCOR employees or officials involved in the regulation or oversight of online gaming.
• Persons who have been self-excluded from bet2 or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform.
• Persons convicted of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes.

4. Account Security and Responsibilities

4.1 Username and Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. All activities conducted through your Account are presumed to be authorized by you, and you are liable for all transactions, wagers, and losses incurred.

If you suspect your Account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must immediately notify bet2 customer support and change your password. bet2 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access unless such access was caused by a security breach on bet2's side.

4.2 Two-Factor Authentication

bet2 offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS or authenticator app. Enabling 2FA significantly enhances Account security. While 2FA is optional, bet2 strongly recommends enabling it, especially for Accounts with large balances or frequent high-value transactions.

4.3 Prohibited Use of Account

You agree not to use your Account for any of the following purposes:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play intended to manipulate game outcomes or exploit Bonuses.
• Use of bots, automated software, or any third-party tools designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to discover the source code of any Games or Platform software.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other Players, live dealers, or bet2 staff.

Violation of any prohibited use provision may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bet2 accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• GCash (instant deposit, zero fees)
• PayMaya (instant deposit, zero fees)
• Bank transfer from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, or any Philippine bank (processing time: 10–30 minutes)
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC-20/ERC-20), Bitcoin (BTC)

All deposits must be made from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded minus any applicable processing fees. bet2 reserves the right to request proof of payment source ownership before processing withdrawals.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit: ₱100. Maximum deposit per transaction: ₱500,000. Maximum deposit per day: ₱2,000,000. Players wishing to deposit amounts exceeding daily limits may contact VIP support for approval.

Minimum withdrawal: ₱200. Maximum withdrawal per transaction: ₱1,000,000. Maximum withdrawal per day: ₱5,000,000 (higher limits available for VIP Players).

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

bet2 processes withdrawal requests as follows:

• GCash and PayMaya: Instant to 15 minutes during peak hours (9 AM–10 PM PST).
• Bank transfer: 10–30 minutes to Philippine banks during banking hours.
• Cryptocurrency: 10–60 minutes depending on blockchain confirmation times.

First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding ₱100,000 may require additional identity verification and may take up to 24 hours to process. bet2 reserves the right to request additional documentation to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

bet2 does not charge withdrawal fees for GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfers to Philippine banks. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may incur network fees (gas fees for USDT, miner fees for Bitcoin) which are deducted from the withdrawal amount.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

bet2 complies with Philippine AML laws and PAGCOR's AML directives. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal. Deposits not used for gaming and immediately withdrawn may be subject to a 10% administrative fee. bet2 reserves the right to freeze Accounts and report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All Bonuses awarded by bet2 are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the Platform at the time of the promotion. These terms include but are not limited to:

• Wagering requirements (e.g., 30x, 40x, or 50x the Bonus amount before withdrawal).
• Eligible games (e.g., slots may contribute 100%, live casino 10%, virtual table games 20%).
• Maximum bet limits while wagering Bonus funds (typically ₱50–₱500 per spin/hand).
• Expiration periods (e.g., Bonus must be wagered within 7, 14, or 30 days).
• Maximum withdrawal limits (e.g., maximum cashout of 10x the Bonus amount).

Failure to meet Bonus terms results in forfeiture of the Bonus and any winnings derived from it. bet2 reserves the right to void Bonuses and associated winnings if terms are violated or if bonus abuse is detected.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

The following behaviors constitute Bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus multiple times.
• Wagering exclusively on low-volatility games to meet rollover requirements with minimal risk.
• Coordinated play with other Players to exploit Bonus terms.
• Depositing, claiming a Bonus, and immediately withdrawing without meaningful gameplay.

Players found engaging in Bonus abuse will have all Bonuses and associated winnings voided, and their Accounts may be permanently closed.

6.3 Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions

bet2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a promotion cancellation, Players who have already claimed the Bonus will be allowed to complete the wagering requirements under the original terms, provided no abuse is detected.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Random Number Generators (RNG)

All slot games, virtual table games, and other RNG-based Games on bet2 use certified Random Number Generators that have been tested and approved by independent testing laboratories including iTech Labs and Gaming Laboratories International (GLI). RNG certificates are available upon request.

7.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios and use physical cards, wheels, and dice. All live games are recorded and archived for dispute resolution purposes. bet2 is not liable for technical interruptions (e.g., loss of video stream) but will void affected game rounds and refund wagers where applicable.

7.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or incorrect payout, bet2 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund all wagers. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a malfunction results in incorrect winnings being credited to your Account, bet2 reserves the right to deduct the incorrect amount.

7.4 Disputes and Complaints

If you believe a game outcome was incorrect, you must notify bet2 customer support within 7 days of the disputed game round. Provide your Account username, game name, date and time of the round, and a description of the issue. bet2 will investigate all disputes and respond within 14 business days.

If you are dissatisfied with bet2's resolution, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Assistance Program. PAGCOR's decision is final and binding on both parties.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 Self-Exclusion

bet2 offers self-exclusion periods of 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or play. To request self-exclusion, contact customer support or use the Responsible Gaming tools in your Account settings.

8.2 Deposit Limits

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased for 24 hours. Limit decreases take effect immediately.

8.3 Reality Checks

bet2 offers optional session time reminders that alert you after a specified period of continuous play. This feature helps promote awareness of time spent gaming.

9. Limitation of Liability

bet2 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
• Interruption of service due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain password confidentiality.
• Errors or delays in third-party payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, banks, cryptocurrency networks).

In no event shall bet2's total liability to you exceed the amount of deposits you made in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Customer Support: Contact bet2 customer support to attempt informal resolution.
2. PAGCOR Mediation: If unresolved, escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Assistance Program.
3. Arbitration: If still unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against bet2.
